『RVTS Sydney Workshops Last Day ―デンタル・エマージェンシー―』
何だかんだで、早くも「RVTS Sydney Workshops」は本日が最終日。
最終日の前半は、試験対策。専門医試験を合格するために必要な知識をガイドライン、テキスト、オンラインリソースなどを整理しながら学びました。
そして後半では、大学の歯科医の方による指導の下、へき地における歯科医療について学習。
抜歯後に出血が止まらない場合は、「トラネキサム酸100mg 1錠 ＋ 生理食塩水10cc」を染み込ませたガーゼを、患部に20分間詰めると良いらしい。
夜間や週末の離島へき地診療で使える技や知識が満載の講義は、非常に実践的で面白かったです。
日本で開催する予定のワークショップでも、是非この先生に指導をお願いしようと計画しています。
“RVTS Sydney Workshops” has come to a close, today.
In the first half of the final day, registrars got lectured about how to pass the exam for a specialist of rural and remote medicine.
And, in the last half, they studied about dental care in rural remote areas.
The teacher of the lecture was a doctor from the dentistry department of a university; he told registrars various practical techniques that could utilize in the examination.
I plan to invite him to our workshop that is to be held in Japan in the near future!
