『RVTS Sydney Workshops Day 3』
ワークショップ3日目の今日、研修生たちは2日目よりも高度な産科学や、様々な臨床例について研修します。
3年間のRVTS研修プログラムを修了した後、難関として知られる専門医試験が彼らを待ち受けているため、研修生たちはもちろん指導者側も必死です。
本日の講義で取り上げられた症例は、全部で6件。各グループそれぞれがすべての症例をこなすため、全員が多様な症例に対応することとなります。
また、指導者についても、各症例を事前にかなり読み込んできており、教育する側の意志と熱意が伝わってくる素晴らしい指導でした。
Throughout the third day, registrars have learned about “Advanced Obstetrics” and “Clinical Cases”.
After completing the three-year RVTS training program, registrars could acquire a right to take the exam for a specialist of rural and remote medicine.
The acceptance rate of it, however, is never high. It definitely is a “strait gait”.
So, not only registrars but also supervisors participated in the lectures very hard and seriously. There were alwasy really good atmosphere among them.
What a great mentorships they did!
