『「親父の背中」を追いかけて ―One Step Forward―』
本日は、日本医師会の横倉義武会長と面会し、「親父の背中」プログラムについてお話させていただきました。
私の話に真摯に耳を傾けてくださり、最後には「全国のモデルとなるよう、ぜひ成功させよう！」と、力強く我々の「背中」を押してくださった横倉会長。
なんと、大変ありがたいことに、2017年9月20日に開催される日本医師会の定例記者会見に、横倉会長と益田市医師会の幹部とともに参加させていただく運びとなりました。
なお、島根県益田市医師会とゲネプロとがタッグを組んで創り上げる「親父の背中」プログラムは、地域の開業医が都会の若手医師に “匠の技” を伝授するプログラムであり、全国でも初の試みとなります。
来春からの開始を予定していますが、その “前哨戦” として、同プログラムの指導医によるワークショップ「Rural GP Masterclass 2017」を、来月23日から24日にかけて益田市にて開催いたします。
大きな「親父の背中」を追いかけて、全国各地から20名もの若手医師が集結する予定であり、今からとても楽しみです。
Thanks to the president of Japan Medical Association(JMA), the largest professional association of licensed physicians in Japan, I will fortunately attend at the regular press conference that is to be held by JMA on September 20th!
At the conference, I will make an announcement about “Daddy’s Back” program, which was collaborated with the medial association of Masuda-city, Shimane Prefecture and created in order to solve a chronic shortage of doctors in the city.
By making announcement, I would love to give momentum to the program that is to be offered as a two-year program from next April!
