『朝日新聞』と『山陰中央新報』に掲載していただきました
「親父の背中」プログラム、ついに動き出しました。
昨年、島根県の益田市医師会という心強い同志と巡り合い、あれよあれよと言う間に発足する至った総合診療医の育成プログラム、「親父の背中」プログラム。
元々は三重県の病院に勤めていた上垣内隆文先生と、北海道の病院に勤務していた松原秀紀先生のお二人が、第一期生として今春から益田市に赴任し、同市全体を舞台に研修の日々を送っています。
現在は、週に三日程度、地域の開業医の先生の下に出向して直々に指導を受けており、まずは皮膚科、整形外科、耳鼻科を集中的に学んでいるほか、訪問診療を行っている開業医の先生にもご協力いただいています。
ありがたく、そして嬉しいことに今回、山陰中央新報と朝日新聞が、同プログラムを記事に取り上げてくださいました。

The “Daddy’s Back” program has finally started!
This April, two fervent doctors leaved their base ground and settled in Masuda City where people had suffered from a chronic shortage of doctors; now they have intensively been getting trained by local practitioners on dermatology, orthopedics and ENT as the first registrars of the program.
By the way, two newspapers, thankfully, covered our program the other day. So, I will share the article with you.
