『プログラム評価報告 at ACRRM ―Program Evaluation Report―』
先日、「ACRRM（オーストラリアへき地医療学会）」の理事会の会合に参加させていただき、ゲネプロとしても初の試みとなる「Rural Generalist Program Japan（RGPJ）」のプログラム評価とその成果について発表してまいりました。
今回、プログラム評価を作成するにあたり、米ウェスタン・ミシガン大学の大学院にて学際的評価学の博士課程に在籍しておられる津崎たからさんには、多大なご協力と甚大なご尽力を賜りました。
先日の理事会においてもビデオ通話で遠隔参加してくださり、プログラム評価の発表という大役を堂々とこなしてくださいました。この場をお借りして、改めて心より深く感謝申し上げます。
また、発表を終えた後の場では、ゲネプロのスーパーバイザーも務めてくださっているイーウェン先生はじめ、ACRRMの先生方が「RGPJ」の今後について好意的な意見や助言を提示してくださいました。
ACRRMという世界のへき地医療をリードする本当に頼もしいパートナーからの支援を受けながら、少しでも「RGPJ」がより良い研修プログラムになるよう、そして少しでも日本のへき地医療の発展に寄与できるよう、一歩ずつ目標に向かって邁進していきたいと思います。

Fortunately enough, we were invited to the board meeting at ACRRM(Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine) and presented the program evaluation of our RGPJ(Rural Generalist Program Japan) there, the other day.
Actually, the program evaluation had been conducted and the report on it had also been written by Ms. Takara Tsuzaki, Interdisciplinary Ph. D in Evaluation, Western Michigan University.
All thanks to her diligence, we finally were able to deliver a successful presentation and carry out in-depth discussions on the current and future issues for further development of RGPJ with the ACRRM’s board members.
Thankfully enough, all of them gave us constructive opinions and declared their support for RGPJ and our mid-and-long-term approach to rural-and-remote medicine in Japan. We finally reaffirmed our commitment to goal achievement through the meeting.
