『救急医学 2017年12月号』に寄稿いたしました
先日、へるす出版から発売された『救急医学 2017年12月号』に、離島へき地医療について寄稿させていただきました。
寄稿の中では、これまでの自身の経験から得られた離島へき地医療や地域医療に関する知見を軸に、「離島へき地医療や地域医療における救急医療」や「救急医療医から総合診療医へのキャリアパス」などについて語らせていただきました。
偶然、あるいは意志を持って記事に目を通してくださった後進の方々に、もしも1つの道標を示すことができたならば、非常に嬉しい限りです。
……などと、殊勝なことを申し上げましたが、折角の貴重な機会でしたので、私自身のことからゲネプロのこと、果てはRGPJ（Rural Generalist Program Japan）のことについても、がっつり語らせていただいております(笑)
今日、離島へき地医療や地域医療を考える時、人手は幾らあっても多すぎるということはありません。
先ほどは茶化してしまいましたが、「どんどん新しい人にこちらの世界に飛び込んできて欲しい」というのは、嘘偽りのない私の本心であり、今後の日本の医療における非常に重要な課題でもあります。
ゲネプロやRGPJの今後の展望などについても語らせていただいておりますので、ご一読いただけますと嬉しく思います。
“The Japanese Journal of Acute Medicine (Vol.41)” has finally released!
Well, I contributed an article to the magazine and talked about “emergency medicine in the current rural remote medicine” or “the career path for emergency medicine physician as a GP”, and so on.
Since it was a golden opportunity for me, I also introduced myself, Genepro and RGPJ(Rural Generalist Program Japan) to everyone who don’t know well about us and our programs. Haha.
Actually, now we know that the current medicine, especially rural remote medicine has needed thousands of millions of manpower, and a chronic shortage of doctors in rural remote areas had been a serious problem all over the world.
So, I’m really glad if my words could stimulate as many people who has been interested in our field as possible to aim to be rural generalists or GPs!
